Edson founded Ared Properties to help landowners and investors make confident, well-informed property decisions. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Land Management and Valuation and a Master’s Degree in Project Planning and Management, and studied at the University of Dar es Salaam. He leads the firm’s project planning and management, land surveying, property management and land consulting work. Through his series “Real Estate and Project Management”, he teaches Tanzanians how to invest in land the right way and build lasting wealth through real estate.
